JOB TITLE
General Laborer for Property Management & Maintenance
REPORTS TO
The General Laborer will report to Owners, Managers, and Supervisors.
POSITION OVERVIEW
General Laborer works as part of a team to successfully complete the day-to-day cleaning and concierge operations in order to provide excellent hospitality for the clientele and their home. Responsible for knowing property emergency procedures. Maintaining the property and facilities. Ensure the security needs of the property and guests are met.
Position requires the ability to work irregular and extended hours, weekends, and holidays. Working conditions include standing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, climbing and/or walking for long periods of time and potential exposure to bodily fluids and general household cleaning products and maintenance products and equipment.
Locations: Big Sky, Montana residences
VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE IS REQUIRED
Primary Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform snow removal
- Drive company vehicle from Bozeman to Big Sky and between each residences
Secondary Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform general maintenance labor and seasonal labor as assigned
- Detail clean client garages, vehicles, mechanical and utility rooms
- Assist with patio, deck, balcony
- Assist in monitoring propane tanks levels
- Perform exterior clean up for patios, decks, balconies, windows, and other exterior structures
- Perform any and all pressure washing duties
- Assist in fueling vehicles, equipment and other machinery
- Picks up, collects and disposes of trash, garbage, litter, and debris
- Assist with managing firewood splitting, stacking, cleaning fireplaces, other duties as assigned
- Assist with hot tub maintenance, cleaning, monitoring chemical levels, other duties as assigned
- Helping the team understand performance targets and goals
- Ensuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards
- Assists with other duties as assigned for successful completion of the property
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Strong customer service skills
Benefits:
A Full-Time - Seasonal position with potential for extended and overtime hours on weekends and holidays
Duration: Now through Tuesday, April 1, 2025
A starting wage of $30.00 per hour. Payroll is on a bi-weekly basis.
Sign-on bonus of $500 distributed at $100.00 per month, starting 30 days from start date for the next five (5) months. We will pay out reminder if not met by April 1, 2025.
Paid transit per diem of two (2) hours per day when transporting/working in Big Sky.
Cell Phone Reimbursement - eligible 30 days from start date, based on employee monthly participation.
