Summary
Under the supervision of the Executive Director, this position provides day-to-day support with financial functions, data report tracking, and human resource functions for the organization.
Responsibilities
- Assist with accounts payable, ordering supplies, and invoice tracking.
- Data entry and tracking for grant reports.
- Assists the Executive Director with modifying policies and procedures per guidance.
- Assist with human resource functions.
- Assist with fundraising events and donor management functions.
- Support the leadership team with additional operational daily functions.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- A college degree preferred; high school diploma required. Health care and general human resource experience preferred. Advanced knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks required.
