Salesperson Responsibilities:
- Commit to becoming a hot tub and sauna expert
- Assist customers who come into the store to determine spa options (as well as repair or water maintenance needs?)
- Complete quotes and follow up with prospective customers - return email/voicemails
- Follow up with existing customers to confirm their satisfaction and generate leads
