Take Pride Insulation is seeking an Sales Professional.

Take Pride Insulation, LLC is Gallatin Valley's premier locally owned and operated insulation company. We are seeking sales professional to act as a forward-facing outside sales representative. You will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional customer service. The candidate will use estimating takeoff software to provide proposals to existing and new customers and will be responsible for increasing company revenue via new sales initiatives.

This is a technical sales position that requires attention to detail and offers the opportunity to progress within a team of professionals. The position reports directly to the CEO.

Typical Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 7 am-4 pm (with some flexibility, depending on performance indicators)

• Meet at the office in Four Corners
• We serve the Southwest Montana region
• Most of our existing work is in Bozeman, Belgrade, and Big Sky

Responsibilities:

You will achieve basic knowledge of building envelope insulation and moisture protection plus building science. You will sell insulation packages in residential, light commercial, and municipal markets in Southwest Montana, primarily to general contractors and also homeowners. Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

• Serving as primary driver of new sales in residential and light commercial markets in Southwest Montana
• Developing new and existing relationships with general contractors by offering proposals for construction projects and providing consistent follow-up with sales leads
• Tracking workflow of jobs from proposal through completion phases
• Creating invoices and acting as accounts receivable point of contact
• Assisting president with customer retention and new sales initiatives
• Fielding calls from customers and cold calls to the office
• Developing customer resource management systems
• Developing cost of goods sold systems
• Assisting CEO with inventory management

Compensation:

• Annual salary, depending on experience
• $60,000 per year is the approximate starting salary for this position.
• The range listed above represents room for expansion plus bonus opportunities, depending on the candidate's sales performance.
