Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, a customer-focused attitude, the drive to always learn more, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As an Operations Administrator, you will support various departments by maintaining accurate records, and facilitating effective communication within the organization. Keep in mind, this is an entry-level position and training will be provided.
Duties
- Inventory control with accurate counts and records of raw material, finished goods, and weekly supply counts.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in our systems.
- Utilize Microsoft Office for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving: making sure finished goods follow shipping schedule and raw material and supplies are recorded and accounted for when delivered. Assist in making sure all pallets are secured correctly with packaging materials.
- Daily Quality checks on material that is being used in production.
Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
