At Mountain Lake Academy, our overnight shift is far from ordinary-it's an exciting opportunity to make a difference while enjoying the beauty of the Adirondacks! As our Overnight Residential Counselor , you'll be part of a dedicated team, supporting students and ensuring a positive, safe environment throughout the night.
Here's what your role will look like : You'll be overseeing students, maintaining program structure, and working closely with our therapeutic team to ensure safety and provide support during any crises. Your nighttime presence will make a big impact!

Night shift requirements :
High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
Background check per NYS Justice Center and OCFS regulations
Valid NYS driver's license
Experience working with students individually and in groups
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
