As our Overnight Residential Counselor, you'll be part of a dedicated team, supporting students and ensuring a positive, safe environment throughout the night.
Here’s what your role will look like: You’ll be overseeing students, maintaining program structure, and working closely with our therapeutic team to ensure safety and provide support during any crises. Your nighttime presence will make a big impact!

Night shift requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Background check per NYS Justice Center and OCFS regulations
- Valid NYS driver’s license
- Experience working with students individually and in groups
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
