Job Title: Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA)

Starting Salary: $95k - $125k

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric NP or PA to join our medical team. The Pediatric Advanced Practice Provider will be responsible for diagnosing, treating, and helping to prevent children’s diseases and injuries. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of children’s developmental stages, and the ability to build trust with both children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide routine wellness exams, including physical assessments and developmental screenings.
- Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions.
- Administer immunizations and monitor vaccination schedules.
- Counsel patients and families on nutrition, hygiene, growth, and safety.
- Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers when necessary.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Stay updated on advancements in pediatric medicine and participate in continuous professional development.
- Educate families on managing and preventing medical conditions.
- Work effectively with the Chief Medical Officer and other members of the provider and support staff in the provision of high quality medical care within a team environment.
- Cooperate with all provider staff in the conduct of all meaningful and productive peer review processes.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Duly licensed to practice in the State of Maryland as a APP (NP or PA).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience in both outpatient settings.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Bilingual capabilities (preferred but not required).
