Responsible for day-to-day activities of all projects from layout review and approval through installation coordination.

Responsible for day-to-day activities of all projects from layout review and approval through installation coordination.
Job Responsibilities:
- Negotiate freight discounts and rate quotes with full and LTL carriers.
- Monitor all LTL and full load shipments.
- Manage any freight claims when reported short or damaged.
- Coordinate and communicate with the install coordinators time and date for equipment delivers.
- Maintain and update equipment route truck shipping log.
- Plan and fill orders, handle and inventory count discrepancies.
- Package, crate, and build skids for each shipment to minimize damage.
- Complete quality work in a timely manner.
- Receive and store equipment to determine location based on space considerations.
- Oversee the warehouse inventory, cycle counting weekly.
- Produce delivery notes using SAP
- Process all customer returns.
- Communicate effectively to your internal and external customers.
- Maintain GMP, HACCP and OSHA standards.
- Learn all of our company policies and procedures.
- Other duties as assigned.
