Location Description : Manor Vail Lodge is one of Vail's original and iconic properties. With studio, one, two and three-bedroom condominiums plus luxury penthouses, Manor Vail Lodge is a full-service condominium property that features all the amenities of a full-service hotel, including two outdoor heated swimming pools, four hot tubs, spa, fitness center, The Fitz Bar and Ridge River restaurant. Located steps from Vail Village, Golden Peak ski area, Betty Ford Alpine Gardens, and the Ford Amphitheater, Manor Vail Lodge is the complete package for Vail lodging. Manor Vail Lodge is managed by Mountain Mastery Management Inc.
Overview : The Housekeeping supervisor maintains lodge standards relative to ensuring that cleaning personnel are supervised in their daily cleaning tasks by inspecting hotel guestrooms, public areas, the laundry department and assisting in administrative duties. The Supervisor also oversee the Golden Peak Housekeeping and Public Area needs.

Room attendants earn an average of $18.50-$20.60 / hr (based on 18-20 pts per day at $8.25 p / point). This is a full time regular / year-round position.
This position plans to be filled by 23 / 15 / 2025
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following but is not limited to :
Maintaining the overall cleanliness of the units within the lodge and areas as assigned
Handling guest requests for more sheets, towels, pillows and other items
Reporting any safety hazards to the manager in charge
Making beds, changing linens, vacuuming carpets or rugs, mopping floors, cleaning bathrooms and kitchens, washing dishes, doing light laundry, emptying wastebaskets, and disposing trash properly

Education / Experience :
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience requested.
Language Ability :
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Math Ability :
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
Reasoning Ability :
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
