Mountain Meadows Health and Rehabilitation is currently looking for an experienced Personnel director with experience in a Long-term care setting.

The primary duties of this job include:
·This role is responsible for partnering with the executive and management team to provide HR guidance that supports MMHR goals. Key responsibilities include:
staffing, compensation, benefits, employee relations, legal compliance, training and development, policy and practice solutions, and ensuring the company culture is current, relevant and reflects Mountain Meadows values
