Job Description:
Join our team at Mountain Mike’s Pizza as a Front of House (FOH) team member, where you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our customers enjoy delicious pizzas and sides in a clean and fast-paced kitchen environment. You’ll work alongside a dedicated team to prepare and serve high-quality ingredients, ensure a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintain our restaurant’s cleanliness and organization standards. At Mountain Mike’s, all team members are cross-trained on multiple positions to provide better teamwork and efficiency in our restaurants.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide excellent customer service to guests.
· Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
· Inspect food items for quality and consistency before they are served to customers.
· Responsible for setup, maintenance, and breakdown of salad bar and buffet.
· Manage incoming phone calls and phone orders.
· Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
· Assist team members in a fast-paced environment.
· Prepare food items according to company standards.
· Adapt to new tasks and responsibilities as needed.
· Work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
