Mountain Pine Dermatology is seeking a Medical Office Receptionist to work in our busy and growing dermatology office in Meridian, ID. This position will be based at our location in Meridian, ID but does require occasional travel to our various clinic locations in Emmett, Baker City, OR, Caldwell and Mountain Home.
The primary responsibilities of this position will be checking patients in and out, scheduling appointments, answering phones- to include call center duties, collecting payments, and verifying insurance eligibility. Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills, a positive attitude, and be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet patients in a friendly manner and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule and register patients according to established protocols
- Assist patients in completion of all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance
- Ensure patient information is accurate
- Inform patients of medical office procedures and policy
- Maintain and manage patient records
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries
- Collect patient payments
- Ensure reception area is well maintained, neat and clean
- Safeguard patient privacy and confidentiality
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience is required. Medical office reception experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency required
