Job Description: We are seeking an organized and friendly Office Worker to join our campground team. This role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional service to campers. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with check-ins, reservations, and guest inquiries
- Managing office paperwork, including booking forms and payment processing
- Maintaining accurate records of guest information and site availability
- Communicating with campers to address needs and concerns
- Coordinating with campground staff to ensure a seamless experience for visitors
- Handling general administrative duties, such as filing, answering phones, and emails
- Ensuring the office area remains clean, welcoming, and well-stocked
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proficiency in office software and basic administrative tasks
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Previous office or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of the campground industry is a plus, but not required
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
