Job Title: Snack Bar – Campground
Job Description: We are looking for a friendly and reliable Snack Bar associate to join our campground team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages to campers, ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience. Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing and serving snacks, drinks, and light meals in a timely and friendly manner
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the snack bar area, including counters, equipment, and storage
- Handling cash and processing payments accurately using the POS system
- Assisting with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring items are properly stored
- Providing excellent customer service by engaging with guests, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are consistently met
- Managing food orders and ensuring accurate preparation and presentation
- Assisting with opening and closing procedures for the snack bar, including cleaning and securing the area
Qualifications:
- Previous food service or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a POS system
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Friendly and positive attitude, with a focus on providing great customer service
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
