Mountain Recreation is looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Maintenance Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all maintenance activities within our facility, ensuring that equipment and systems are maintained in good working order and that safety regulations are followed.
POSITION DETAILS
Job Title : Maintenance Coordinator
Location : District-wide
- Gypsum Recreation Center (Gypsum, CO), Gypsum Creek Pool (Gypsum, CO), Eagle Pool and Ice Rink (Eagle, CO)
Schedule : Full-Time; Non-Exempt
Work Environment : Works indoors at Mountain Recreation facilities and outdoors at sports complexes. Work hours will vary, including evening hours, split shifts, and weekends. Position is required to work on-call hours.

Supervision Required : Works under the general guidance and direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
Supervision Exercised : Works with Maintenance Supervisor to supervise part-time and seasonal technicians
Salary : $52,519 - $65,649 annually DOE; staff in this position are eligible for a $1 / hour incentive for Spanish / English bilingual and can pass the language competency test.

Considerable knowledge of : Basic knowledge of the principles, practices, and methods used in facility, park, and pool maintenance repair and construction.
Skills and abilities :
Tools and Equipment Used : Small hand tools for small facility maintenance tasks, phone / walkie - talkie, chemical test kits, pool vacuum, brushes, pressure washer, and various cleaning materials.
