Responsibilities :
- Provide compassionate assistance to patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, bathing, and dressing.
- Monitor and report any changes in patients' and residents' conditions as well as address any patient or family concerns to the charge nurse or supervisor.
- Engage in the care planning process to ensure comprehensive and individualized care.
