Salary Range $80,000 to $105,000 annually

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Project Manager in our Siding Division. The Project Manager will be responsible for expediting project processes, customer satisfaction, managing logistics, overseeing inspections, and diving our installation team.


Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain monthly revenue targets.
  • Exercise general supervision of multiple job sites to monitor and manage projects during each phase of installation; including but not limited to pre-installation, installation, finishing, and closeout.
  • Create and execute project installation (labor) budgets.
  • Manage and maintain day-to-day operation aspects of a project , the installation schedule, and project scope of work.
  • Effectively apply our methodology and enforce project standards from beginning to end.
  • Ensure project documents are complete, current, and uploaded into the company's CRM.
  • Oversee work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project.
  • Oversee performance of all trade contractors and review architectural and engineering drawings to ensure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.
  • Responsible for ensuring that installation activities move according to predetermined schedule and project profitability forecast, monitoring the progress of installation activities on a regular basis.

  • Project Management skills
  • Logistics Management skills
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in construction standards, codes, safety regulations and material estimating; as well as proficient utilizing construction software to manage scheduling, estimate labor and organize notes.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and lead teams
  • Problem-Solving: Strong jobsite problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus
