Job Title : Cradle to Grave Project Manager – Division 8 (Comsense Software Proficiency)

Job Overview :
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Cradle to Grave Project Manager to join our Division 8 team. This role is integral to overseeing the entire lifecycle of projects from initiation through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with hands-on experience managing complex projects from start to finish. Proficiency in Comsense software is a must, as this will be the primary tool used for project planning, tracking, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Lifecycle Management : Lead and manage projects from conception through to delivery, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Comsense Software Expertise : Utilize Comsense software to manage project tasks, timelines, resources, budgets, and documentation. Ensure accurate and timely updates in the software for project tracking and reporting.
Team Leadership and Coordination : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including internal departments, contractors, and clients, to ensure alignment and timely execution of project goals.
Budget and Resource Management : Develop, monitor, and control project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track expenses and provide regular financial reports.
Risk and Issue Management : Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues in a timely manner. Keep stakeholders informed of potential delays or problems.
Client and Stakeholder Communication : Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members. Provide regular project updates and presentations on progress, issues, and solutions.
Documentation and Reporting : Ensure that all project documentation is maintained according to company and industry standards. Generate and deliver regular project status reports using Comsense .
Compliance and Quality Control : Ensure that all projects comply with applicable regulations, standards, and company policies. Implement and monitor quality control processes to ensure project deliverables meet or exceed expectations.
Post-Project Evaluation : After project completion, conduct reviews to evaluate performance, identify lessons learned, and ensure continuous improvement for future projects.
Qualifications :
Comsense Proficiency : Strong working knowledge of Comsense software for project management, including task scheduling, resource allocation, and reporting.
Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Certifications : PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Technical Skills : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools. Knowledge of additional software tools is a plus.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with clients, senior management, and cross-functional teams.
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, manage multiple stakeholders, and handle complex projects with minimal supervision.
