Activities Director
Mountain Springs Assisted Living Center is seeking a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Activities Director to join our vibrant and dynamic team!
The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong background in adult/senior care.
- A passion for life and wellness.
- A proven ability to develop and implement activities that promote the physical, emotional, social, spiritual, and cognitive development of residents.
- An ability to work with diverse populations.
- A strong work ethic.
- A degree in nursing or related field.
- At least one year of experience working with seniors in a residential setting.
- An understanding of the needs of the aging population.
- An understanding of dementia and its impact on residents’ activities.
- A knowledge of geriatric nursing practices, including the administration of medications and meals.
- Ability to work with a team to coordinate activities for residents and families.
- Ability to manage staff schedules and daily operations.
- Must be able to pass a background check/criminal record check.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
