We currently have an immediate opening for a dependable and knowledgeable Assistant Service Advisor at our Moscow Mills Service Center.
The Assistant Service Advisor is responsible for communicating with our customers in a professional manner and ensuring that all of their needs are met at our service facility. The Assistant Service Advisor will monitor the progress of customer vehicles during the service process and conduct customer follow ups with accurate information about vehicle status, updates on charges and repair estimates. Mountain Top Motor Company focuses strongly on providing excellent customer service and the service advisor plays a significant part in delivering a positive experience to our customers. The Advisor will assist with managing the service appointment process and be responsible for promoting service and parts sales provided at our service center. Applicants for this position must be 18 years or older and must have a valid driver’s license. Strong attention to detail, a focus on organization and exceptional customer service skills are required.

Assistant Service Advisor Qualifications:
- Working knowledge of shop management software and vendor websites for parts order placement, cataloging and general product knowledge
- Knowledge of automotive systems
- Clean background check
- Professional appearance and strong work ethic
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and understanding that it is a priority
- Can handle difficult situations professionally and in a non-confrontational manner
- Ability to effectively manage customer expectations
- Valid driver's license
Assistant Service Advisor Responsibilities:
- Provide a friendly greeting to customers and represent the company in a professional manner.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns related to the service and repair of their vehicle.
- Monitor progress of customer repairs and provide accurate updates related to estimates and repair costs.
- Communicate effectively between the customer and the service team ensuring customer needs are understood and that the technicians recommended service options are provided to the customer.
- Provide customers with an excellent service experience and focus on development of long term relationships
- Identify auto parts through computer automated catalogs and confirm order placement.
- Responsible for procurement of parts from vendors and control of parts inventory levels.
- Monitor parts returns and track outstanding cores.
