An Excellent Opportunity
The Director of Patient Services is a Registered Nurse who is responsible for leading the nursing, aide, and medical records teams, ensuring the highest standards of hospice home care. This role oversees both clinical and operational performance, maintaining compliance with all regulations while fostering a culture of compassionate, patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strong leadership, support, and supervision to nurses, aides, and medical records staff to ensure high-quality patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee and monitor the quality of care, ensuring individualized, compassionate, and effective care plans for each patient.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as accreditation and hospice care standards.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and coordinate comprehensive patient care plans.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with patients, families, and referral sources to promote exceptional hospice services.
