Located at Happy Valley Primary, the aide’s primary responsibility is to assist with student safety and to help the student participate in class activities to the maximum extent possible. The aide also helps implement the curriculum for the student under the direction of teacher(s) or principal. Performs related duties as assigned. Located in the greater Redding area, the Mountain Valley Special Education JPA is a consortium of 13 small school districts and one charter school that was created to provide a broader continuum of services for students with disabilities. Proof of one of the following:
Passed 48 units of college coursework (college transcript or college diploma required)
AA degree
