Our Service Advisor serves as a point of contact between our customers and the service department. You will deliver exceptional customer service, addressing customer’s vehicle concerns, and coordinating maintenance and repair services while providing estimated repair timeframes.

Responsibilities:
- Greets customers promptly and professionally while gathering customer and vehicle information
- Conduct vehicle inspections and understand customer maintenance and repair needs
- Offer detailed service recommendations and estimates based on vehicle condition and manufacturer guidelines
- Keep customers informed about vehicle status, additional repairs, and estimated completion times
- Work with the parts department to ensure timely availability of required components for service jobs
- Prepare and explain detailed service invoices and collect payments from customers upon completion of services
- Manage service orders and the flow of the drive lane.
- Clearly reports all vehicle symptoms as described by the customer
- Prepares complete and accurate estimate of cost for labor and parts
- Verifies that the final invoice reconciles with work performed on the repair order
- Respond to technical inquiries concerning car issues, warranties, services, and repairs
- Oversee warranty claim administration alongside service department training and supervision
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Team oriented, self-motived, and friendly personality
- Demonstrated ability to manage others
- Consistent record of service and sales success
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license, satisfactory background check results, and clean driving record
- Professional, well-groomed personal appearance
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit through duration of shift
