JOB SUMMARY :
Mountain View Health and Rehabilitation Center is accepting applications for a Maintenance Assistant to assist with general maintenance responsibilities throughout the facility.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :
- Read blueprints and manuals.
- Maintain / repair motor controls, programmable controls, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Repair and / or replace electrical fixtures, motors, stoves, dryers, washers, medical equipment.
- Check and replace faulty circuits or breakers, and low voltage electrical equipment
- Repair plaster and drywall.
- Maintain plumbing system and fixtures
