Job Overview
We are seeking a Staff Scheduler to collaborate with the Executive Director and create schedules for two separate campuses in all departments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring all schedules are completed and communicated to staff, and arranging coverage for call offs in a timely manner, according to the facility’s needs. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to staff efficiently.
Duties
- Create staff schedules for multiple shifts for all departments
- Schedule coverage for staff call offs in a timely and efficient manner
- Determine the hiring needs of the facilities
- Provide new staff orientation upon hiring
Skills
