Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Beverage Service Specialist to join our team at Mountaineer Casino Resort.
This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while providing beverage expertise to our guests.
The successful candidate will have prior bartending experience, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of alcohol pairing and tastes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages to patrons.
- Explain and sell all types of beverages to patrons by exceeding and anticipating their expectations.
- Maintain the cleanliness of coolers, bar equipment, glassware, decanters, and other service items associated with beverage service.
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- An understanding of the POS System.
- Greet guests in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Must have excellent communication skills, be polite, and present a neat appearance at all times.
- Prior bartending experience.
- Knowledge of alcohol pairing and tastes, know how to make traditional and classic drinks.
- The knowledge of bar equipment, alcohol laws and regulations.
- The ability to work with others as a team in an efficient manner.
