Key Responsibilities:
- Clean, sanitize, and store kitchen equipment, glassware, and utensils according to industry standards within specified timeframes.
- Alert your manager or Chef on duty immediately in case of any equipment failures or needed maintenance.
- Empty trash cans and replace liners.
- Store food & beverage inventory properly.
- Maintain cleanliness by sweeping and mopping back-of-house areas.
- Document completion using opening and closing checklists.
- Perform all other duties assigned.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills with a polite and neat appearance at all times.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team in an efficient manner.

- Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
- Passing a background investigation and obtaining/maintaining a WV Racing License are mandatory.
