POSITION SUMMARY:
We are seeking a bilingual, enthusiastic, and motivated Sales Development Associate fluent in both English and Spanish to join our team at Mountains West Ranches, a Real Estate Development company dedicated to making land ownership accessible. This role involves supporting our Sales Team by re-engaging potential buyers, setting up land tours, and helping customers connect with our inventory of lots. This role is ideal for someone who excels in communication, customer service, and has a genuine interest in connecting people to land ownership opportunities.

OBJECTIVES:
- Conduct high volumes of outbound calls, emails, and texts to prospective clients to rekindle interest in land ownership (100 calls per day).
- Schedule and confirm property tour appointments for clients with Land Specialists at our Fruitland office.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, listening to needs and preferences to recommend the best available land options.
- Efficiently manage a pipeline of leads through consistent, engaging, and professional follow-ups.
- Clearly articulate the benefits of land ownership and our in-house financing options to prospective clients.
- Document and track all client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring accurate records for follow-up and sales tracking.
- Work closely with Land Specialists to provide detailed information on client needs and any updates from interactions.
- Use effective sales techniques to address client objections, answer questions, and demonstrate the value of land ownership.
- Maintain a high level of personal motivation to meet and exceed daily outreach and appointment-setting targets.
- Contact previous clients to obtain referrals and promote the benefits of land ownership to new prospects.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of our available properties, financing options, and the local area to confidently address client inquiries.
- Consistently strive to achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and appointment goals.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, telemarketing, or related field. Experience in real estate or land sales is a plus but not required.
- Must be fluent in English and Spanish.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Frequent phone and computer use
- On-site role with extended periods of sitting, phone work, and client interaction
- No specific physical demands beyond those typical of an office and outdoor tour environment
