Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Landscape Supervisor to lead our landscaping team in creating beautiful outdoor spaces. This role requires hands-on involvement in various landscaping projects, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards while supervising a team of landscape technicians.
Duties
- Oversee daily operations of landscape projects, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Supervise and train team members in proper landscaping techniques, including planting, pruning, and irrigation.
- Plan and execute landscape designs, including the installation of plants, trees, and hardscapes.
- Maintain equipment and tools to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Monitor the health of plants and lawns, implementing necessary care practices to promote growth.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies during all landscaping activities.
Requirements
- Proven experience in landscape construction or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- A valid driver’s license is preferred.
