Job Summary and Qualifications

The Clinical Program Specialist supports the cellular therapy program to meet the unique regulatory, training and monitoring requirements for hematipoetic stem cell transplant and immune cellular therapy . Designated authorized representative for Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategies (REMS). Develops staff and patient education related to cellular therapy as it relates to the care of the patient, chemotherapy and immunotherapy administration, medication management, treatment related side effects, and supportive care. Provides education and training to the cellular therapy multidisciplinary team as it relates to complex blood cancer, hematopoietic cell therapy, and immune effector cell therapy.

What qualifications you will need:

• Bachelors Degree in Nursing required
• Masters Degree in Nursing preferred License/Cert
• Current NV RN License required
• Bone Marrow Transplant Nurse (MTCN) Certification preferred Experience:
• Minimum 5 years experience in Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) required.
• Demonstrate leadership skill
