Primary Purpose
JOB DESCRIPTION
Compile, record, and report numerical data to keep production and yield records complete. Perform any combination of routine calculating, reconciling and verifying duties to obtain primary data for use in maintaining accounting records. Ensure accurate and timely processing for large volumes of data. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations and reports pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Perform any combination of routine calculating, reconciling and verifying duties to obtain primary data for use in maintaining accounting records. Ensure accurate and timely processing for large volumes of data. May also check the accuracy of figures, calculations and reports pertaining to business transactions recorded by other workers.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Compiles, records and reports condemnations information.
- Reconciles finished product inventories and updates inventory prices.
- Compiles, computes and reports yield and statistical information and publishes daily operator reports.
- Assists Accounting Clerks with troubleshooting and resolving inconsistencies in reporting.
- Cross-trains with Cost Accountants and Staff Accountants to provide back-up for routine reporting and completes other duties as assigned.
- Must be able to work Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM.
- High School Diploma/GED (Bachelor's Degree will pay $1 more per hour.).
- 2 - 4 years' related work experience.
- Must be reliable, responsible and have a strong work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively using both written and verbal communication skills.
- Requires extensive use of Excel as well as other software programs.
- Thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Attention to detail.
- Adept critical thinking skills.
- Ability to evaluate data for reasonableness and accuracy.
- Skilled in time management.
