Job Description:
- Leads all Plant manufacturing operations across multiple shifts
- Creates metrics, sets policies and makes decisions focused on continuously improving safety, productivity, quality, and controlling operating costs
- Leads labor relations and team development through training, education, and retention-based activities to maintain the strongest team culture possible
- Collaborates with operations support functions including purchasing, finance, engineering, maintenance, quality, and human resources to ensure the value streams perform at their highest possible levels
- Utilizes LEAN methodologies to analyze plant performance and creates countermeasures when needed to correct underachievement
- Reports directly to the Director of Operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Teams functionalities
Working Conditions: In addition to office work, this position requires working in a manufacturing environment where personal protective equipment is necessary.
Compensation: $130,000-$150,000. Salary will be based upon qualifications, experience, and education.
