Key Responsibilities:

Workday Configuration & Optimization:
- Lead and support the configuration, implementation, and enhancement of Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Finance, Recruiting, Talent Management, etc.).
- Ensure that the Workday solution is tailored to meet business needs while optimizing processes and functionalities.
- Identify areas for system improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system efficiency and user experience.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with HR, IT, Finance, and other business units to understand their requirements and translate them into system functionality.
- Provide subject matter expertise in configuring workflows, reports, and dashboards.
- Lead workshops and training sessions for end-users, ensuring smooth adoption and usage of Workday modules.

Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated technical or functional issues related to Workday.
- Troubleshoot system problems and work with the IT team to resolve technical issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis and recommend corrective actions to prevent future issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of [X] years of experience with Workday implementation, configuration, and support.
- In-depth knowledge of multiple Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation).
- Strong understanding of HR processes, finance, and accounting functions.
