Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing SEO tasks, managing and updating website content, creating pages in our CMS, and coordinating with Client Success on client content updates. Over time, you will also begin handling specific digital ad work and be responsible for recurring reporting. Your contributions will help enhance our digital presence and improve the user experience across our platforms. Additionally, you will be tasked with creating and scheduling social media content in alignment with our marketing strategy.

### Key Responsibilities:

• SEO Management: Execute SEO tasks to optimize site performance and increase visibility.

• Website Content Updates: Manage and update website content through our CMS.

• External Content Updates: For instance, software listing or directory sites

• Content Creation: Build new web pages using provided content and templates.

• Client Coordination: Work with the Client Success team on basic client content updates.

• Social Media: Create, schedule, and manage content across our social media platforms to engage audiences and support our digital strategy.

• Digital Ads: Collaborate to complete specific digital ad tasks to support broader marketing goals.

• Reporting: Assist in creating recurring reports related to SEO, content, and ad work to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

### Qualifications:

• Basic understanding of SEO principles and content management.

• Experience using WordPress CMS platform

• Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., SproutSocial, HubSpot, Hootsuite, etc.).

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

• Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.

Additional experience appreciated:

• Google Analytics, HotJar, or other web analytics tools

• WooCommerce product management

• SEMRush

• HubSpot CRM

• Digital ad campaign management

### Salary Range:

$50,000 - $56,000
