Strong knowledge in End users computing, Good technical knowledge & troubleshooting skills in Windows 10 & 11 and related desktop technologies like Anti-virus, VPN, Security patches, Office 365 applications - Outlook, Sharepoint, MFA, Windows Deployment Services, DNS, DHCP etc.
Basic understanding on LAN & WAN
Good communication skills, Clear understanding on technical areas, ITIL knowledges.
Knowledge of ITSM tools, IT Asset Management, IT Asset handover and takeover.
1-3 years experience in IT Helpdesk, End users computing and support.
