Reporting to : SVP of Sales
Key Responsibilities :
- Client Relationship Management :
- Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for essential client accounts.
- Deeply understand clients' business goals and challenges to offer strategic IT solutions.
- Sales & Business Development :
- Seek and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
- Collaborate with sales teams to generate leads and convert them into profitable engagements.
- Craft and present compelling proposals and contracts to clients.
- Account Management :
- Supervise the delivery of Digital and IT services to meet client expectations and contracts.
- Monitor project progress and quickly resolve any issues that arise.
- Ensure timely invoicing and payment collection.
- Strategic Planning :
- Assist clients in identifying their long-term Digital and IT requirements and developing strategic responses.
- Provide valuable insights on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Support clients in creating IT roadmaps and budgets.
- Collaboration :
- Work closely with internal teams, including project managers and technical consultants, to deliver top-notch IT solutions.
- Facilitate clear communication between clients and technical teams to align project objectives.
- Performance Monitoring :
- Track KPIs for client accounts and report regularly on performance.
- Conduct client satisfaction surveys and sessions for feedback.
- Develop and implement improvement plans based on feedback.
- Negotiation and Conflict Resolution :
- Negotiate contract terms and service level agreements with clients.
- Handle conflicts and disputes professionally and efficiently.
