LOCATION : Remote
COMPENSATION : This position is a full-time salaried position with a salary range of $165,000-$200,000 and an additional COLA adjustment for those in expensive locations.
PREFERRED START DATE : March 1st, priority application deadline is January 23rd.

About Movement Labs
Movement Labs is dedicated to stopping the far right and saving democracy. We bring new thinking to the most challenging problems in the political ecosystem and rigorously test our ideas.
You'll bring our long-term vision into the day-to-day of all of Movement Labs' 80 employees. You'll work closely with the CEO as a #2 and sounding board, supporting prioritization, and being a main implementer of plans. You'll coordinate department work, drive new investments forward, and be a co-designer of the organization.
You'll also be responsible for leading a small finance team and increasing our financial visibility and planning, as well as a people team focused on the effectiveness and thriving of our whole team. You can learn more about us and the role here in these nifty slides.
Responsibilities
Leadership & Management (50%) :
- Acting as chief problem-solver to the CEO and VP team
- Working with the CEO to vet possible growth areas and drive some forward
- Supporting team-wide & leadership meetings and strategic planning
- Reinforcing our values as a coherent organizational culture
