Are you a dynamic, self starting, and organized individual looking to make an impact at a thriving mortgage company? We’re on the hunt for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!
What You’ll Do:
-Manage daily office operations and support our dedicated staff.
-Assist Branch Manager with their daily needs.
-Keep our office presentable and welcoming for clients.
-Plan and coordinate events
-Handle basic administrative tasks and ensure smooth workflow.
-Manage and create engaging content for our social media platforms. (Must love Canva)
What We’re Looking For:
A fun, energetic personality who thrives in a busy environment.
Strong multitasking skills and a keen eye for organization.
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Previous experience in the mortgage industry is a plus, but not required.
A willingness to learn and grow with our team!
Mortgage Experience is a PLUS 🌟
Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9AM - 5:30PM plus event coverage.
Location: In-office position (Kent Station)
Compensation: Based on experience
