Duties:

- Perform research to solve complex design challenges, proactively identifying and implementing best practices.
- Collaborate with leadership teams to drive engineering efficiency, process improvements, and overall product development effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in engineering, including exposure to leadership, project ownership, and high-level engineering work.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to lead teams, mentor junior engineers, and drive project success.
- Strong technical ability in design work, 2D/3D CAD, BOMs, and overall product commercialization.
