We are conducting a confidential search for a Financial Analyst with a client company of ours that is a global supplier to the aerospace, automotive, and defense industries. This is a direct-hire position and it is based around Dillon, SC.
Key responsibilities include:
• Using Oracle, design reports, map accounts, run various systems assigning department charges
• Analyzing spending variances
• Develop activity and cost projections for production and lab centers
• Determine manpower, salary and fringe expenses by salary groups
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft packages to include Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
• Demonstrated organizational skills
• Self-directed and works well in a matrix organization

Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
* Bachelors degree
* 2 experience as a Financial Analyst or related position
* Experience in financial reporting and/or budgets in a manufacturing environment
