What You'll Do:
- Lead the FP&A Team: Oversee and develop a high-performing team, providing leadership, mentorship, and growth opportunities.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Manage all aspects of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. You'll provide in-depth analysis and written commentary on operating results, comparing them to plans, forecasts, and prior periods.
- Strategic Forecasting: Coordinate and review short-range financial forecasts, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You'll play a key role in developing and rolling out our annual operating plan and quarterly forecast processes.
- Process Improvement: Drive enhancements in financial modeling, planning, and forecasting processes. You'll support new business initiatives and accurately capture the evolving economics and structure of the company.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, private equity stakeholders, and global business entities. Your insights will be crucial in guiding financial decisions and ensuring clarity and accuracy in financial communication.
- Capital & M&A Support: Analyze Capital Appropriation Requests, oversee the capital process, and provide financial support for M&A activities.
What We're Looking For:
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent is strongly preferred.
- Professional Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a Financial Analyst in a global, multi-site manufacturing environment, with 3 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel is essential, with a strong understanding of financial modeling. Experience with multi-function database cubes (OLAP) is a plus.
- Analytical & Communication Skills: A sharp analytical mind with the ability to challenge results when necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for working across time zones and cultures.
