A leading company on the Gulf Coast of Southern Florida is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruiting strategies and full-cycle hiring efforts. What You’ll Do:
- Develop & Execute Recruiting Strategies – Build talent pipelines and execute hiring plans to meet business goals.
- Advise Leadership – Provide insights on market trends, sourcing strategies, and best hiring practices.
- Talent Pipeline & Workforce Planning – Identify future hiring needs and develop proactive recruiting strategies.
- Recruiting Events & Networking – Build relationships through industry events, trade groups, and associations.
- Applicant Tracking & Compliance – Maintain hiring data and ensure adherence to employment laws.
What You Bring:
- 5-7 years of recruiting experience with a focus on strategic sourcing and full-cycle hiring.
- Strong knowledge of employment law, workforce planning, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Experience leveraging HRIS/ATS systems (Workday preferred) to track and optimize hiring efforts.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills.
