Our entire process has been developed from scratch, utilizing LEAN manufacturing principles. Our transmissions are produced in a clean room environment. Every transmission is built to the same exacting standards by using a precisely documented and controlled process.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Junior IT Content Specialist to join our team. This position will play a key role in developing, managing, and maintaining our content resources, processes, procedures, and policies. This position requires someone with excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to work across various platforms. Proficiency in asset resource management, including basic image editing, and familiarity with HTML and JavaScript, is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Management:
- Create, update, and maintain various internal and external content, including processes, procedures, and policies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accuracy, consistency, and relevancy of content.
- Ensure all content aligns with company branding and standards.
- Asset Resource Management:
- Oversee digital asset resources, including the organization, storage, and retrieval of images, documents, and other multimedia.
- Edit and optimize images for digital use, ensuring quality and consistency across platforms.
- Work with teams to identify asset needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Web Content Management:
- Manage and update content on the company website or intranet using basic HTML and JavaScript as needed.
- Ensure web content is functional, visually appealing, and user-friendly.
- Work closely with IT and design teams to implement new features or updates.
- Documentation and Training:
- Develop comprehensive guides and documentation for internal processes and procedures.
- Provide training or support to team members on content-related tools and practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in content management or a related role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital asset management tools and basic image editing software (e.g., Gimp, Paint.NET).
- Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript; experience with content management systems (CMS) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently when needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in documenting technical processes, procedures, and policies in a manufacturing setting.
