Senior Influencer Marketing Manager

Love working with influencers?  Passionate about TikTok? Want to run campaigns across industries, from tech to beauty? We’re looking for a veteran Associate Director Influencer marketer to identify, recruit, and coordinate influencers for our campaigns.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and manage influencer campaigns with social media creators and influencers on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms
• End-to-end influencer management inclusive of identifying, recruiting and outreaching to talent, managing contract negotiations/redlines, content review and guiding influencers/creators with their deliverables
• Build and cultivate relationships with creators, influencers, managers, and agents
• Collaborate and work cross-functionally with Creative, Strategy, Production and Client Service teams to ensure influencer initiatives are aligned with wider campaign and client goals. 
• Stay up to date on the latest influencer marketing trends across all social media platforms, with an emphasis on TikTok
• Contribute to team brainstorms and campaign ideation
• Responsive to the unpredictable 24/7 nature of campaign execution
• Scout and vet potential creators and/or influencers and make comprehensive influencer recommendations for upcoming client presentations
• Support the influencer marketing team on our internal “Creator Squad” program which houses influencers and creators across various areas that M S will tap into for quick turnaround programs
• Regularly analyze the competition and other best-in-class brands to inspire new ideas and executions – especially in new platform innovations

QUALIFICATIONS

• 5-7 years of experience managing influencers for marketing campaigns. 
• Experience working with a wide variety of influencers across a variety of categories (micro, macro, celebrity)
• Deep passion for TikTok; experience with TikTok influencers a big plus but not required
• Passion for delighting clients and going above & beyond 
• Keen eye for detail with the foresight to think about the bigger picture
• Deeply curious and passionate about the creator economy, with a pulse on major trends and shifts within the industry
• Super organized, able to manage a ton of things simultaneously with autonomy

Our estimated range for this role is $90,000-110,000*

*Don’t let this range drive your decision to apply. Actual compensation packages are based on the level of skill and experience each candidate brings to their role. This position is considered a Level 3 at M S. However, a person may apply for a certain level and we find they are qualified for a level more junior or senior as we move through the process. Each level has its own compensation range.
