We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in inside sales, business development, and customer service. The candidate will be good at research and follow through. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with clients while managing a team of sales professionals. The Inside Sales Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining strategies to enhance sales performance and achieve company objectives.
Duties
- Lead and manage the inside sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Maintain company sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Live call coaching, and performance management.
- Utilize CRM to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and analyze performance metrics.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that support sales efforts.
- Train and mentor team members on best practices in technical sales and phone techniques.
- Keep in communication with Sales team 24/7 when necessary, making sure that the Inside Sales functions seamlessly 7 days per week, 365 day per year.
- Job requires 50 hours per week in office.
Skills
- Proven experience in inside sales, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in Ring Central or similar software for managing customer interactions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey information.
- Strong customer service orientation, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in business development, identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts.
- Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team while fostering a positive work environment.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
