We are seeking a professional Phone Consultant who can provide world class customer service and be the first point of contact for our customers in the Denver, Colorado area. As a Phone Consultant, you will be responsible for answering inbound sales calls, gathering information necessary to put a quote together, answering any questions a customer may have about moving, gathering inventory for the move, scheduling in-home and virtual walkthroughs for the Move Consultants, and providing customers with rough estimates and pricing information. You will play a critical role in ensuring their move is as seamless and stress-free as possible.
What we offer:
- $35,000 - $41, 000 salary range; this includes up to $500 a month commission potential
- Competitive benefits, paid time off and sick pay
- Work from home (remote position)
What you’ll be doing:
- Answer inbound sales calls from prospective customers and provide them with information on our moving services.
- Gather all necessary information from the customer to put together a quote, including inventory of items to be moved, dates, and locations.
- Provide customers with rough estimates and pricing information based on the information gathered.
- Answer any questions the customer may have about our moving services, pricing, and logistics.
- Schedule in-home and virtual walkthroughs for the estimators
- Follow up with customers as needed to ensure their questions are answered and their move is scheduled.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Experience in the moving industry is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and ability to gather accurate information from customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software
