Project Manager Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced project manager to lead our project teams and deliver high-quality results for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, and cost while ensuring compliance with client contracts and our organizational standards.
Key Accountabilities:
- Manage project scope, schedule, and cost to deliver projects on-time and within budget
- Coordinate and communicate with project stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes
- Lead project teams through pre-contract phases, including proposal development and contract negotiation
- Assemble project teams and provide direction to team members to maintain project momentum
- Ensure quality control processes are followed and documented throughout the project lifecycle
- Identify and mitigate risks to minimize their impact on projects
- Develop and implement effective project forecasting and progress assessment techniques
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited university required
- Minimum two years of experience as a discipline/task lead or in project management
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and systems, including scheduling software like Microsoft Project
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage project teams and stakeholders
