As a Landscape Architect at Mow Town Lawns & Landscapes, you will be instrumental in creating aesthetically pleasing and functional outdoor environments.
This role is vital to our commitment to delivering exceptional landscape & hardscape solutions that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop landscape & hardscape plans that align with client specifications and project requirements.
- Utilize software such as MicroStation, GIS, and Rhinoceros 3D for creating detailed designs.
- Conduct site assessments and land surveys to inform design decisions.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Incorporate sustainable practices into landscape designs to promote environmental stewardship.
- Prepare presentations and reports to communicate design concepts to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Proficiency in design software including MicroStation, GIS, Rhinoceros 3D, and Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of hardscape materials and installation techniques.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in design work.
- Familiarity with land surveying principles is a plus.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for visual presentations is beneficial.
