Position Overview

We're seeking a Marketing Content Specialist who understands the unique challenges and opportunities in financial services marketing, while being versatile enough to serve clients across various industries. This role primarily focuses on developing compliant, sophisticated marketing solutions for financial advisors, but also requires the ability to adapt marketing strategies for different business sectors. The ideal candidate will help our clients stand out in their respective markets, with particular expertise in financial services compliance and messaging.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Focus (Financial Services) :

Create compliance-aware content marketing strategies for financial advisors
Develop thought leadership content that establishes advisors as industry experts
Write and edit sophisticated financial content including market commentaries, investment philosophy pieces, and wealth management articles
Create engaging social media content that adheres to financial industry regulations
Design professional presentations and marketing materials for high-net-worth audiences
Transform complex financial concepts into clear, compelling marketing messages

Additional Responsibilities :

Develop and execute marketing strategies for clients across various industries

Create versatile content adapted to different business sectors and target audiences

Manage and update client websites, ensuring professional presentation and optimization

Track and analyze content performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies

Maintain brand consistency while adapting tone and messaging for different industries

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Finance, or related field

3 years of experience in financial services marketing or content creation

Proven track record of creating compliant financial services content

Proficiency in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar)

Experience with WordPress and financial services websites

Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization

Basic audio and video editing skills

Strong project management and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Writing samples showcasing range (including financial services content if available)

Marketing campaign examples (financial services preferred, but varied industry experience welcome)
