- Be on the front lines, answering calls and helping customers with their account status
- Manage and resolve customer concerns efficiently and professionally
- Work with multiple departments to provide seamless customer support
- Respond to customer inquiries via SMS, email, and voicemail
- Support your teammates to create an exceptional customer experience
- Handle accounts pending closure and ensure positive resolutions
